WGT R-Series Helical Gear Reducer

The reducer features an integrated cast iron/ductile iron housing with a hardness of HBS190-240, ensuring exceptional structural rigidity and prolonging shaft and bearing service life. Its offset output design achieves high space utilization, integrating two-stage and three-stage transmission in a single housing. Gears are crafted from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoing carburizing, quenching and precision grinding processes, resulting in a surface hardness of HRC58°-62° and machining accuracy of grade 5-6, which enhances load capacity by 40%.
With a power range of 0.18-160 kW, torque output of 85-18000 Nm and speed ratio of 3.33-289.74, the series offers versatile configurations including R, RF and RX models. The average transmission efficiency reaches 96% for two-stage, 94% for three-stage and 85% for R/R combinations, with noise controlled at 60-68 dB and vibration ≤20 μm, ensuring stable and energy-efficient operation.
Equipped with 42CrMo alloy steel shafts and high-quality bearings (HRB/SKF) and NAK oil seals, it boasts excellent leakage resistance and a design lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours. Multiple mounting options (foot, flange) accommodate various installation scenarios. It is widely applied in food processing, construction machinery, metallurgy, chemical and environmental protection equipment.
