WGT P-Series Planetary Gear Reducer
As a high-performance mechanical transmission device of WGT Weigao Transmission, the P-Series Planetary Gear Reducer is renowned for its compact structure, high efficiency and reliable stability, serving as a core component in various industrial fields. It adopts involute planetary gear transmission with internal and external meshing and power distribution, realizing an optimal balance between small size and strong load capacity.
The key components of the reducer are crafted with premium materials and precision processing. Sun gears, planetary gears and ring gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoing carburizing, quenching and precision grinding. This treatment ensures a gear surface hardness of HRC58-62 and core hardness of HRC33-40, effectively reducing noise to 60-68dB and boosting overall efficiency to 94%-96% while extending service life.
Boasting a highly modular design, the P-Series offers flexible configurations. Its speed ratio ranges from 25 to 4000, with power output spanning 0.4kW to 14000kW and torque capacity of 2.6-900 KNM. Multiple input modes (coaxial, helical gear, bevel gear) and output modes (splined, hollow shaft with shrink disk, solid shaft) are available, compatible with horizontal, vertical and torque arm installations.
The reducer features a ductile iron housing optimized via computer simulation, enhancing rigidity and impact resistance. Equipped with high-quality bearings and fluorine rubber double oil seals, it ensures stable operation even under harsh conditions. Optional accessories like oil level detection modules and cooling fans further expand its adaptability.
Widely applied in metallurgy, mining, lifting, power generation, construction materials and transportation industries, the P-Series excels in heavy-load and continuous-operation scenarios. It can also be combined with WGT’s R and K series for larger speed ratios, making it a versatile solution for industrial transmission needs.
