WGT NMRV-Series Aluminum Housing Reducer is a cost-effective and versatile worm gear reducer, widely recognized for its lightweight aluminum structure, compact size and stable transmission performance. Adopting ADC12 aluminum alloy die-casting housing, it is 40% lighter than cast iron counterparts, with excellent thermal conductivity to enhance heat dissipation efficiency, making it ideal for mobile and space-constrained equipment.
The core components are precision-manufactured for durability and smooth operation. The worm is made of 45# steel经过 quenching and grinding, ensuring high surface finish and transmission accuracy. The worm gear adopts wear-resistant tin bronze (ZCuSn5Pb5Zn5), which reduces meshing noise and extends service life by resisting abrasion. The optimized gear meshing design keeps operating noise below 65dB, suitable for noise-sensitive environments.
This series offers flexible configurations to meet diverse industrial needs. Its transmission ratio ranges from 5 to 100, with adaptable power output of 0.12kW to 4.0kW and maximum torque up to 320N·m.
