WGT K-Series Helical-Bevel Gear Reducer

The WGT K-Series helical-bevel gear reducer is a heavy-duty power transmission core, integrating helical and bevel gear technologies to achieve 90° right-angle output. As a classic flagship product of WGT Weigao Transmission, it excels in stable transmission, high load-bearing capacity and low noise performance, perfectly adapting to harsh working conditions with frequent impacts and heavy loads in various industries.

Structurally, it adopts an integrated high-strength cast iron housing with reinforced ribs, ensuring exceptional rigidity and deformation resistance under heavy loads. The arc bevel gears and helical gears are made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoing carburizing, quenching and precision grinding processes to reach HRC58°-62° surface hardness. The optimized tooth profile design enhances meshing accuracy, reduces vibration and controls noise below 70 dB, while extending the transmission pair lifespan.

This series covers a power range of 0.18-200 kW, torque output up to 20000 Nm and a reduction ratio of 1.25-450. Its transmission efficiency reaches up to 96% due to precise gear meshing and optimized lubrication design. The right-angle output structure supports multiple shaft configurations, including solid shaft, hollow shaft, large flange and small flange, meeting diverse installation needs.

Equipped with high-quality sealed bearings and multi-layer oil seals, it features excellent leakage resistance and dustproof performance, adapting to outdoor and dusty environments. The optimized oil circuit layout enhances heat dissipation, ensuring stable operation even in continuous heavy-load working conditions, with a design lifespan exceeding 50,000 hours and low maintenance requirements.
