WGT F-Series Parallel Shaft Helical Gear Reducer

The WGT F-Series parallel shaft helical gear reducer is a high-efficiency power transmission device designed for scenarios requiring coaxial output, integrating compact structure and strong overload resistance. Its gears are crafted from 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoing precision processes of carburizing, quenching and grinding, achieving HRC58°-62° surface hardness and grade 5-6 machining accuracy, which minimizes wear and noise during operation.

This series covers a power range of 0.18-200 kW, torque output up to 22500 Nm, and a reduction ratio of 1.3-200, with transmission efficiency reaching 94% for three-stage transmission and 96% for two-stage transmission. The parallel shaft layout enables compact installation, saving space for equipment integration, and supports multiple mounting modes such as foot-mounted, flange-mounted and shaft-mounted to adapt to diverse installation environments.

Equipped with high-quality sealed bearings and multi-layer oil seals, it features reliable leakage resistance and dustproof performance, suitable for both indoor and outdoor working conditions. The optimized lubrication system ensures sufficient oil supply to key components, extending the service life to over 50,000 hours with low maintenance costs.
