WGT B/X Series Cycloidal Pinwheel Reducer

WGT B/X Series Cycloidal Pinwheel Reducer is a high-performance transmission device based on the cycloidal planetary transmission principle, renowned for its exceptional load-bearing capacity, compact structure and stable operation. It integrates the advantages of planetary transmission and cycloidal meshing, realizing efficient power transmission with a unique design that replaces traditional gears with cycloidal discs and pinwheels.

The core components are crafted with high-quality materials and precision processing to ensure durability. The cycloidal discs are made of GCr15 high-carbon chromium bearing steel, undergoing quenching, tempering and precision grinding to achieve a surface hardness of HRC60-64, enhancing wear resistance and impact toughness. The pinwheel is composed of high-strength alloy pins and sleeves, which reduces meshing friction and noise, keeping the operating noise below 70dB and transmission efficiency at 90%-95%.

This series offers excellent performance parameters to meet diverse industrial needs. Its single-stage reduction ratio ranges from 9 to 87, and multi-stage combinations can achieve a maximum reduction ratio of 7569. The power output covers 0.37kW to 160kW, with a maximum output torque of up to 25000N·m. It supports multiple installation modes, including horizontal, vertical, flange-mounted and torque arm-mounted, adapting to different spatial layouts of equipment.

The reducer features a sealed cast iron housing, which provides strong rigidity and effective protection against dust, moisture and external impacts. Equipped with a reliable lubrication system and double oil seals, it prevents oil leakage and ensures stable operation during long-term continuous work. Its compact design allows it to be installed in narrow spaces, and the absence of easily worn parts reduces maintenance costs and extends service life.
