The housing is made of aluminum alloy or high-strength cast iron according to specifications: models 18, 22 and 28 use aluminum alloy housings, while models 32 and above adopt cast iron housings, balancing lightweight performance and load resistance. Gears and gear shafts undergo controlled atmosphere carburizing and quenching heat treatment as well as precision grinding, reaching grade 5 accuracy. Combined with tooth profile and tooth direction modification technology, they greatly improve load-bearing capacity and operational smoothness.
In terms of performance, the product boasts remarkable advantages. The gear efficiency of a single unit is not less than 95%, with extremely low operating noise, benefiting from precision processing of components and refined assembly testing. It can withstand large radial loads, support forward and reverse operation, and adapt to an ambient temperature range of -10℃ to 40℃ and an altitude below 1,000 meters, with no restrictions on industry applications. The speed ratio is finely graded and has a wide range; ultra-large transmission ratios can be achieved through multi-unit combination to meet the demand for extremely low output speed.
It offers diverse and flexible installation methods, including foot mounting and flange mounting. The GR and GF series are suitable for scenarios where the input and output shafts are parallel, while the GS and GK series are adapted for vertical scenarios, allowing flexible selection based on equipment layout. The product power ranges from 0.1KW to 3.7KW, with optional electromagnetic brakes. The motor supports multiple configurations such as single-phase, three-phase, frequency conversion and explosion-proof, making it suitable for equipment in metallurgy, food, environmental protection, logistics, rubber and plastic industries, etc.
