Guomao ZLY Series is a high-performance hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer, mainly designed for heavy-load and high-speed industrial transmission scenarios. The core gear system adopts 20CrMnTi alloy steel, undergoing gas carburizing, quenching and precision grinding processes, with tooth surface hardness reaching HRC58-62 and gear accuracy up to Class 5, realizing smooth meshing and low wear.
