In structural design, the V-Series adopts a compact modular layout, which effectively reduces the overall volume while maximizing torque output. Gears and gear shafts are crafted from high-quality 20CrMnTi alloy steel, processed through gas carburizing, quenching and precision grinding processes, with tooth surface hardness reaching HRC58-62, greatly enhancing wear resistance and service life.

Its transmission efficiency is as high as 97% or more, minimizing energy loss and improving equipment operation efficiency.
