Guomao ZLY Series is a high-performance hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducer specifically engineered for heavy-load and high-speed industrial scenarios. In terms of structural design, the ZLY Series adopts a one-piece housing made of HT200 high-strength cast iron. After precision casting and aging treatment, the housing effectively eliminates internal stress, ensuring excellent rigidity, impact resistance and heat dissipation capacity. This enables the reducer to withstand strong vibrations and heavy loads during long-term operation without deformation. The core gear system is crafted from high-quality 20CrMnTi alloy steel, which undergoes strict gas carburizing, quenching and precision grinding processes. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC58-62, and the gear accuracy is upgraded to Class 5, realizing smooth meshing, low wear and reduced operating noise.

In performance, the series boasts outstanding indicators that meet heavy-industry demands.
