The K-Series is a cost-effective, energy-saving right-angle reducer with wear-free design, low maintenance, and long service life. Its compact structure fits space-constrained applications, delivering 80-50,000 Nm torque and high efficiency in both rotations and all speeds. Low-backlash models enable precise positioning. It has 16 sizes (2/3-stage): 2-stage (K..19/29/39/49) with Al/gray cast iron housings; 3-stage (K..37-187) for ultra-low speeds. Mounting/shaft options are diverse, including TorqLOC®. Modular design pairs with AC/servo motors. Custom configs, CAD data, and quotes are available.

Product Line: 2-Stage & 3-Stage Series
The product line includes 2-stage and 3-stage helical-bevel gear reducers. The 2-stage series is complemented by K..39 and K..49, which together with K..19 and K..29 set the standard: these 4 sizes cover a torque range of 80 Nm to 500 Nm. The 3-stage series (sizes K..37 to K..187) offers dual reducers for ultra-low output speeds, with multiple variants available.
Structural Features: Housings & Mounting Options
For 2-stage models, K..19 and K..29 feature lightweight aluminum housings, while K..39 and K..49 adopt robust gray cast iron housings; three base bars ensure optimal connection even under severe installation conditions. Mounting options include foot or flange (B5/B14 for 3-stage, foot or B5 flange for 2-stage) mounting, with shaft options of solid or hollow shafts (with keyway, shrink disk, splined hollow shaft, or TorqLOC® system).
Modular Combination & Custom Services
Leveraging a modular concept, the K-Series can be combined with AC motors to form K..DR.. helical-bevel gear motors, or with servo motors to form K..CMP helical-bevel servo gear motors. AC or servo motors can also be selected separately. Accessories include anti-corrosion protection, and personalized product configuration is available, with detailed information, CAD data, and documentation provided—supporting direct quotation requests or orders.
