At its core, the input stage adopts high-contact ratio helical gears with optimal crowning treatment, which ensures gradual tooth engagement, minimizes meshing impact, and significantly reduces operational noise. The right-angle transmission relies on high-efficiency bevel gears, balancing power delivery with energy savings. Crafted with model-specific precision gear casings and reduced component quantity, the series achieves substantial lightweighting while maintaining structural rigidity, a key advantage over conventional right-angle geared motors.

The RHYTAX® series offers extensive adaptability with 13 output-stage frame sizes, covering a power range of 0.4kW to 45kW and reduction ratios from 10:1 to 545:1. It supports both hollow and solid output shafts, with output directions configurable to horizontal, vertical downward, and vertical upward. Multiple mounting options—including foot mount, flange mount, and shaft mount—are available, complemented by two types of torque arms for solid shaft models, enabling seamless integration into varied equipment layouts.

Compatible with global motor standards, it accommodates three-phase, premium-efficiency, inverter-ready, outdoor, and explosion-proof motor variants, meeting the requirements of different environmental conditions. Robust sealing and optimized lubrication ensure durability, while the refined gear case design enhances heat dissipation for continuous operation.
