BEIDE’s 1Q.1 series high-voltage high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor, a new-generation modular product launched by Innomotics, is engineered to meet GB30254-2024 energy efficiency Grade 2, with some models reaching Grade 1. Compliant with industrial high-voltage standards, it integrates energy-saving performance, reliable operation, and compact structure, serving as a core drive component for heavy-duty industrial equipment.
Constructed with a welded steel housing, the motor boasts exceptional structural rigidity and durability, adapting to harsh industrial environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -20°C to 40°C and an altitude limit of 1000m. It adopts the proven MICALASTIC® insulation system, featuring F-class insulation with B-class temperature rise control, effectively enhancing electrical reliability and service life. Multiple cooling methods (IC611, IC81W, IC01) and protection ratings (IP23, IP55) are available to match diverse application scenarios.
Designed for high-voltage operations, the series covers voltages of 6kV/10kV (±5%) at 50Hz (±2%), with power ranging from 450kW to 4500kW (for 10kV IC611 4-pole models). It offers pole options of 2, 4, 6, and 8, with center heights from 355mm to 560mm, and supports continuous duty (S1) operation. Equipped with renowned brand bearings (foreign brands optional), it ensures stable operation with low vibration and noise.
Widely applied in fans, pumps, compressors, and other mechanical equipment across metallurgy, petrochemical, power, and water conservancy industries, the motor supports IM B3 mounting mode for flexible integration.
