BEIDE’s 1MT0003 series is a specialized gas explosion-proof low-voltage three-phase asynchronous motor, strictly compliant with IE3 (Class 3 efficiency) standards per IEC 60034-30 and GB30254-2024. It holds Ex db IIB T4 Gb explosion-proof certification in line with GB 3836-2021, tailored for Zone 1/2 hazardous environments with flammable gases, integrating reliable explosion protection, energy-saving performance, and stable operation for critical industrial scenarios.
Constructed with high-strength HT250 cast iron housing, the motor features a dual explosion-proof structure (隔爆+增安) to prevent internal sparks from igniting external flammable mixtures. It adopts IP55 protection rating and IC411 totally enclosed fan-cooled design, effectively isolating dust and moisture while ensuring efficient heat dissipation. The F-class insulation system reinforced by vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) technology enhances electrical reliability, with low vibration (meeting IEC 34-14 N-class) and noise ≤75dB(A) for quiet operation.
