YRKK Series High-Voltage High-Efficiency Three-Phase Induction Motors

YRKK series high-voltage high-efficiency three-phase induction motors are developed to meet market demands, especially for cement plants and steel mills. Adopting a box-type all-steel welded structure, they feature light weight, high rigidity, and optimized electromagnetic design, paired with anti-corona coils and advanced rotor winding technologies.

The stators adopt Class F insulation with Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) treatment, ensuring strong starting torque and reliable structure. Rotor windings undergo secondary impregnation and advanced fixation, while collector rings use domestic cutting-edge double impregnation and double drying technology. Advanced galvanized threaded pipes serve as cooler tubes for efficient heat dissipation.

Compliant with JB/T10314.2-2013 (6KV) and Q/WN.229-2013 (10KV), the motors are suitable for indoor/outdoor use in non-hazardous environments, operating stably at -15~+40℃ and altitudes ≤1000m. They support IMB3 installation, with protection grades IP44/IP54/IP55 and insulation grades F/H.

Widely applied to drive rolling mills, fans, grinders, hoists, and other equipment, they are ideal for high-protection-demand occasions. They also power machinery like machine tools, compressors, pumps, and conveyors, serving mechanical, petroleum, power generation, and other industrial sectors.
