TECO Totally Enclosed Air-to-Air Cooled (TEAAC) Motor

Adopting the IC611/IC616 air-to-air cooling method, the totally enclosed structure isolates internal components from external dust, moisture, and corrosive substances, with an independent heat exchanger for efficient heat dissipation. Crafted from high-strength cast iron, the motor frame ensures excellent rigidity and thermal conductivity, while the vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) insulation process forms a dense protective layer, extending insulation life and enabling F-class insulation with B-class temperature rise control. It operates stably in -20°C to 50°C ambient temperatures, with vibration ≤1.2mm/s and noise ≤82dB(A).

The motor covers a power range of 160kW to 20,000kW (210-27,000Hp), voltage range of 3kV to 13.8kV, and speed range of 300-3600rpm, supporting 50/60Hz frequency and both fixed and variable frequency operations. Equipped with cast aluminum or copper bar rotors, it boasts a service factor of 1.15 and strong overload capacity, ensuring stable performance under continuous heavy loads. Optional explosion-proof designs (Ex ec/pxb/pzc/tb) and IP66 protection rating adapt to harsh hazardous environments.

Widely applied in mining, petrochemical, power stations, and metallurgy industries, it drives fans, compressors, pumps, and crushers.
