Tailong ZLYG Series Hard Tooth Surface Reducer Introduction

Tailong ZLYG Series reducers are high-efficiency hard tooth surface cylindrical gear reducers designed and manufactured in accordance with national standard JB/T8853-2001. As a classic parallel shaft transmission product, this series features an external meshing involute helical gear structure, integrating optimized design with reliable performance to meet the high-load transmission needs of multiple heavy industries.

The core gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, undergoing precision carburizing quenching and grinding processes to achieve a tooth surface hardness of HRC 58-62 and excellent contact performance. With a maximum gear circumferential speed of 20m/s, the ZLYG Series boasts over 93% transmission efficiency for two-stage models, delivering stable operation with low noise and minimal vibration, even under continuous high-load conditions. Its rigid cast iron housing is subjected to stress relief treatment, enhancing structural rigidity and durability.

Featuring standardized modular design, the ZLYG Series offers excellent interchangeability of key components, with flexible installation modes including base-mounted and flange-mounted options. It supports a maximum input speed of 1500r/min, covering a wide range of transmission ratios to match different working conditions. The series is compatible with asynchronous motors and other prime movers via standardized interfaces, adapting to diverse industrial transmission requirements.

Adopting oil bath lubrication and natural cooling as standard, the ZLYG Series can be equipped with circulating oil lubrication or cooling coils when heat dissipation requirements are higher. It operates reliably in a temperature range of -40℃ to 45℃ (lubricating oil needs preheating below 0℃) and features effective sealing structures to prevent oil leakage, ensuring long-term stable operation with low maintenance demands.
