The core components adopt high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, undergoing precision carburizing quenching, grinding, and lapping processes. The tooth surface hardness reaches HRC 58-62, with ISO 6-level gear precision, ensuring superior wear resistance, impact toughness, and contact performance. The optimized planetary transmission structure enables transmission efficiency of 91%-98% (varies by stage), with a maximum gear circumferential speed of 25m/s, realizing low noise (≤70dB) and minimal vibration even under continuous heavy-load operation.
With a modular and standardized design, the NGW Series offers flexible configurations, including single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage models, covering speed ratios of 2.8-2000. The reducer adopts a rigid cast iron housing subjected to stress relief treatment, enhancing structural rigidity and heat dissipation.
