Tailong NAD Series planetary gear reducers are high-performance transmission components featuring a compound planetary structure with double planetary gears. This series integrates internal and external meshing mechanisms, excelling in delivering large transmission ratios and high torque density, making it an ideal solution for heavy-duty, low-speed industrial scenarios requiring compact installation space.
Core gears are crafted from high-strength 42CrMo alloy steel, undergoing precision carburizing quenching and grinding processes to achieve HRC 58-62 tooth surface hardness and ISO 6-level precision. The double planetary gear design enables multi-tooth simultaneous meshing, distributing load evenly and enhancing impact resistance. It boasts transmission efficiency of 94%-96%, with low noise (≤72dB) and minimal vibration, even under continuous heavy-load operation at a maximum gear circumferential speed of 13m/s.
With modular design, the NAD Series offers single-stage, two-stage, and three-stage configurations, covering a wide transmission ratio range of 8-120. It supports input power from 0.75kW to 160kW, output torque up to 25000N·m, and is compatible with asynchronous and servo motors via standardized interfaces. Flexible installation modes include base-mounted, flange-mounted, and hollow shaft-mounted options to adapt to diverse spatial layouts.
The reducer adopts a rigid cast iron housing treated with stress relief to enhance structural rigidity and heat dissipation. Equipped with oil bath lubrication and multi-layer sealing structures, it effectively prevents oil leakage and resists dust and moisture, operating reliably in a temperature range of -40℃ to 45℃ (preheating required below 0℃). Optional circulating oil cooling systems are available for high-heat working conditions.
