Adopting top-grade 20CrMnTi alloy steel gears, the K-Series undergoes carburizing quenching and precision grinding processes, achieving a tooth surface hardness of HRC 58-62 and ISO 6-level precision. The uniform carburized layer (error < 0.05mm) ensures excellent wear resistance and impact toughness. Its optimized gear meshing design enables a maximum transmission efficiency of 96%, with low vibration and noise levels (≤75dB under rated load), minimizing energy loss.

Modularity is a standout feature, offering flexible configurations such as flange-mounted, base-mounted, and hollow shaft direct-mount models. The series supports input power ranging from 0.75kW to 200kW, output torque up to 18000N·m, and speed ratios spanning 2.8-394.69. It seamlessly matches asynchronous and servo motors via standardized interfaces, with a 360° rotatable torque arm for multi-angle installation.

Equipped with IP65-level protection, the K-Series resists dust, water splashing, and corrosive media, operating reliably at -20℃ to +45℃. Its sealed lubrication system uses high-grade extreme-pressure industrial gear oil, enabling maintenance-free operation for up to 15000 hours.
