Lenze G7X0-B Bevel Planetary Gearboxes
Lenze G7X0-B bevel planetary gearboxes are high-precision 90° power transmission components, integrating bevel gear direction change with planetary gear efficiency to meet servo-driven application demands. As an upgraded model in Lenze’s G7X0 series, it outperforms the G500-B with superior rigidity and positioning accuracy, tailored for high-dynamic motion control scenarios requiring both torque direction adjustment and precise speed regulation.
Covering a targeted performance range, the G7X0-B series supports motor power from 0.17kW to 21kW, delivers maximum output torque up to 1800Nm, and offers transmission ratios from 5:1 to 100:1. Its hybrid structure combines precision bevel gears (for 90° torque transfer) with planetary gears (for load distribution), achieving ultra-low backlash ≤1 arcmin and transmission efficiency of 96%-98%. Core gears are made of high-grade alloy steel with carburizing quenching, ensuring wear resistance and stable meshing.
Structurally optimized for rigidity, the gearbox features a one-piece cast iron housing that enhances torsional stiffness, enabling it to withstand dynamic loads during rapid acceleration/deceleration. It comes with standard IP65 protection, effectively resisting dust and splashing water, with optional upgrades for harsh industrial environments. The standardized interface ensures seamless compatibility with servo motors, supporting flexible integration into automated control systems.
Equipped with lifelong synthetic lubrication and sealed bearings, it minimizes maintenance needs and extends service life, reducing operational downtime. Supporting multiple mounting configurations (foot, flange, hollow shaft), it adapts to compact installation spaces. Widely applied in robotic arms, CNC machine tools, and precision positioning systems, the G7X0-B embodies Lenze’s expertise in high-precision drive solutions, balancing direction change capability, accuracy, and durability.
