Covering a targeted performance range, the TA Series offers power outputs from 0.1kW to 5.5kW, output torque spanning 20Nm to 800Nm, and transmission ratios from 5:1 to 1200:1 to meet varied speed regulation needs. Its core gears adopt high-quality alloy steel with carburizing and quenching treatment (HRC58-62), paired with precision grinding technology, ensuring smooth meshing, transmission efficiency up to 95%, and low noise operation (≤70dB) even in continuous service.

The series features two main configurations: parallel shaft models for linear installation and hypoid right-angle variants for space-constrained setups requiring 90° power transmission. Constructed with robust cast aluminum or cast iron housing (based on load demands), it boasts standard IP54 protection to resist dust and moderate moisture, with optional IP65 upgrades for harsher environments like food processing or outdoor auxiliary equipment.

Supporting flexible mounting methods—foot, flange, and hollow/solid shaft installations—it seamlessly integrates with IE2 to IE4 motors and variable speed drives.
