Bonfiglioli C Series is a versatile lineup of helical inline gearmotors and reducers, encompassing C, CE, and CR sub-types to cater to a wide spectrum of industrial power transmission needs. Covering an extensive performance range, the C Series delivers power outputs from 0.08kW to 213kW, output torque spanning 45Nm to 12,000Nm, and transmission ratios from 2.6:1 to 23,401:1. This broad parameter range is achieved through 2-stage, 3-stage, and 4-stage reduction configurations, enabling precise speed regulation for both low-torque and high-torque applications. The core helical gears undergo carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding, ensuring hardened tooth flanks (HRC58-62) that facilitate smooth meshing, low noise operation, and an impressive transmission efficiency of up to 98%.
